This is the Medicare standard accommodative insert with additional layer of 1/16 ppt. PDAC approved multi-layer insert with 1/8 plastazote top cover, 1/16 ppt and EVA 40 shor a shell. Made with CAD/CAM technologies from a foam impression, slipper cast or SureFit scanner, it is ideal for use with your geriatric diabetic patient with mild deformities weighing less than 250lbs. . Add accommodation package 1 or 2 if desired (SFTACC1 or SFTACC2). Add SureFit Diabetic toe filler (SFTTOEFILL) for additional charges.

Inserts ordered without shoes may be trimmed larger than the patients shoe and may require in clinic adjustments.
