The AvalonK2 Foot is the latest hydraulic foot/ankle system from Blatchford. It enhances walking confidence because it hydraulically adjusts to inclines and steps, the AvalonK2 self-aligns to secure the knee joint and encourage good posture and joint position, this enhances trans-femoral knee stability to help prevent falls and it reduces unwanted moments on the knee joint of trans-tibial users. Very stable 5-bar knee with up to 12 degrees of stance flexion for maximum safety during stance. Constant friction adjustment for swing phase. Practitioner adjustable from high to low stability stance flexion. Proximal attachment has 2mm of A/P, M/L slide and rotation adjustment. Lock mechanism can also be disabled at a later time to provide free swing knee function. The frame is made of superlight aluminum alloy and the 5-bar linkage is made of aircraft alloy.

It is available in High Density or Grip Gel to satisfy the needs of most patients. ALPS Extreme Liner has 80% less vertical stretch than ALPS other gel liners, which provides more control and stability.

WillowWood Alpha Hybrid AK - Liner Choice 2

The Alpha Hybrid AK Liner with symmetrical gel style features hybrid gel which has a higher durometer that combines durability with comfort. The liner features 9 mm distal gel thickness and 2.5 mm anterior/posterior gel thickness. The symmetrical design allows the liner to be rotated for extended wear. The liner utilizes one-way stretch fabric for controlled pistoning without a rigid distal matrix and provides tissue compression without uncomfortable pressure on the limb.
