The LCE is custom fabricated and is a non-returnable product.
The LCE is similar to the FDS but it is not dynamically alignable. Clinically suited because the remaining part of the anatomical foot and prosthesis self-aligns within the shoe. LCE keels are available in soft, medium and firm. As a general rule, the flexibility of the LCE increases as the remaining length of your client’s foot increases.
