The Tactee system is a set of assistive devices designed to restore autonomy and independence in daily activities of people with mono or bilateral functional grasping deficits that aims to improve their quality of life. The Tactee system returns functional autonomy and independence in different daily activities such as eating, drinking, writing, etc.; eliminating the caregiver who’s been considered indispensable so far.

When the grasping element is approached by a Tactee, tool, the magnetic force attracts it and allows to having a firm grip without using fingers. At the same time its special design allows an easy release, permitting interchanging tools without any effort nor assistance, in total autonomy. The Tactee method involves the use of the system along the rehabilitation path of the users and promotes it in every context of everyday life, in an easy, decent and independent way.
